This is a drive-yourself trip to Galena with optional skiing at Chestnut Mountain.  Galena offers lots of activities, including shopping, dining, winetasting, and historical museums.  Chestnut Mounain is just a fifteen-minute drive from town.  This is a perfect quick getaway that both skiers and non-skiers can enjoy.  We have a block of discounted rooms at the historic DeSotto House Hotel in downtown Galena, for the nights of Jan 4-8 (Wed thru Sat). Come for a night or two, or stay for all four.

Rates are quoted per person based on 2 people sharing a room.

 Additional Charges
On trips that include airfare, the tour operator reserves the right to increase the cost of the airfare if the air carrier imposes new fuel surcharges, departure taxes, etc. In the unlikely event that this occurs, these minor changes will be passed on to the trip participant.
 
 Timely Payments
In fairness to all our members, trips are sold in compliance with the published deposit schedule.  Untimely payments may result in removal from the trip and placement on the waiting list.
 
 Cancellation Policy
Each trip has its own distinct cancellation policies as stated in the contract between tour operators and Skunk Hollow Ski Club. See your Trip Leader for details.
 
 Dues
Membership dues must be paid in full in order to reserve space on any ski trip.  See Membership for details.
 
 Packages
Packages cannot be broken until all guaranteed airspace is sold.
